Laura Lynn Obit, D.O. is a psychiatrist in Los Angeles. Board certified in both Psychiatry and Integrative Medicine, she turned an early mid-life crisis into a brand new life when she decided to go back to school in her early 30's to pursue a career in medicine. When she is not in the hospital or clinic she can be found outdoors or being active in any way possible. Having realized the benefits of a plant-based diet and exercise in her own life, she now teaches her patients how to make lifestyle changes for themselves.
